Osagie rose through the ranks working primarily in the HR Function until when he proceeded on an international assignment to the United Kingdom as a Senior Advisor in the Shell London Office. Before his current role, Osagie worked in The Hague, the Netherlands for the Shell Group as Senior Advisor, Upstream International Operated business, supporting the implementation of the revised strategy for positioning Shell Companies in Nigeria for a stronger and more sustainable future.

He is married and is blessed with three children and in his spare time, he enjoys music and football. In the past 20 years, she has supported a diverse portfolio of the operations of SCiN including litigation, pension funds, aviation, downstream oil products, gas distribution and commercial transactions.
